6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders may be accepted at ZygoPlay's discretion, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact ZygoPlay customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.
